Consumer rebates apply to the purchase of new (unused not previously registered) Honda Marine 150, 200 and 225 HP four stroke outboard motors, 2007 and newer model year. This promotion is only applicable when an eligible motor is sold for personal use to a consumer who resides in the U.S.A. by a participating authorized Honda Marine Dealer (“Dealer”) whose authorized sales location is in the U.S.A. This promotion is limited to available inventory that is sold, PDI completed, delivered and registered by the Dealer in accordance with America Honda Motor Co. Inc.’s (“AHM”) promotion and warranty registration requirements between January 12 and March 31, 2012. Customer and Dealer must fill out the appropriate rebate form at the time of sale and Dealer must send it to AHM by April 7, 2012. Honda Package rebates apply to motors purchased by Dealers from authorized OEM Boat Builders. Honda Repower rebates apply to motors purchased directly by Dealers from AHM and not through a third party or Dealer transfer. Consumer should inquire of Dealer which rebate applies to the outboard motor being purchased. No model substitutions, benefit substitutions, extensions or rain checks will be allowed. Eligible outboard motors sold for non-personal use, i.e. for commercial, camp, resort, rental, promotional/demo, government agency, competition, tournament or sponsorship use are not eligible for this promotion.
